Why now

Two earthquakes. One of the worst disasters in Venezuela’s history.

On 24 June 2026, two continuous earthquakes, magnitude 7.2 and 7.5, struck northern and central Venezuela. The damage reaches Caracas and its parishes, the coast of La Guaira, and the states of Miranda, Aragua, Carabobo, Falcón, Yaracuy and part of Lara. La Guaira is by far the hardest hit.

The emergency is real, and so is the long road ahead. Shelter, medical care, food and clean water are needed now. But the greater need comes after, and it deepens as attention fades and funding dries up: rebuilding homes, hospitals and schools, restoring livelihoods, and standing with families and children through the months and years of recovery.

The emergency is now. The recovery will take years. Your donation carries families through both, and most of the need is still ahead.

Our approach

Our support will remain until people are back on their feet — long after the spotlights turn off.

Our focus

We partner with organizations that work across the full spectrum of recovery — housing and shelter, food and nutrition, clean water, emergency medical care, and education and care for children who lost everything.

The bottom line

Your donation goes directly to Venezuela, to the people who need it most, backed by institutional oversight and responsible stewardship. Together, we can efficiently restore dignity and stability during a critical moment in the nation’s history.

How funds are delivered

Funds reach Venezuela through one channel only: vetted, independent humanitarian organizations with a proven track record of delivering aid directly to people in need. Their operational independence is a condition of their selection.

Careful stewardship

Every donation is directed to vetted, independent humanitarian organizations, with disciplined oversight of how funds are used.

Institutional governance

All funds are administered through The Goguikian Foundation USA Inc., a registered U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit institution.

Independent verification

All funds are independently audited. Once all funds — including SquareOne Group’s contribution — have been fully deployed, any donor may request a complete accounting of amounts received, recipients, and disbursements.

How to give

Make your donation.

Donate now to amplify your impact and support Venezuela’s long road ahead.

The alliance

Two institutions. One standard of stewardship.

SquareOne Group leads fundraising and execution; The Goguikian Foundation serves as the receiving and administering 501(c)(3) charity, with fund allocation decisions made jointly by both organizations — an alliance built on discipline, transparency, and long-term commitment to the communities they serve.

Why SquareOne Group

SquareOne Group is a global financial group rooted in Venezuela and operating across financial services, venture capital, and real assets. For over four decades, we have built and scaled businesses that matter, from Bancrecer, Venezuela’s premier bank for the entrepreneurial economy, to Fintonic, Spain’s leading digital credit marketplace, while deploying conviction capital in the companies defining the next decade, including Anthropic, SpaceX, OpenAI and Stripe. Our portfolio spans over 50 companies across the Americas, Europe and selected global markets.

We have been profitable through every cycle between 2010 and 2025, years when most international and local operators chose to exit Venezuela. We did not. That continuity is not incidental; it reflects a deliberate commitment to a country we believe in deeply and understand better than anyone. Today, as Venezuela enters a new chapter, SquareOne Group is at the forefront of its reconstruction, through our Venezuela Reconstruction Co-Investment Fund and through InnoVen, the country’s first venture accelerator, built to support the exceptional tech founders Venezuela continues to produce.

This isn’t just another humanitarian crisis to us, it’s home. The places affected by the earthquake are places where we grew up, where we and our families live, and where many of our happiest memories were made.

The Goguikian Foundation

The philanthropic backbone of this initiative is The Goguikian Foundation, a U.S. registered nonprofit institution founded in 2008 by the same family behind SquareOne Group. For nearly two decades, the Foundation has operated quietly but with purpose, expanding access to education, creating pathways of opportunity for future generations, and mobilizing resources where they are needed most. It is nonpolitical by design and institutional by standard.

All donations are administered through The Goguikian Foundation USA Inc., a U.S. 501(c)(3) organization, making contributions fully tax deductible for eligible U.S. donors.

Responding to humanitarian crises is not new to this institution. When the 2020 Beirut explosion devastated one of the cities closest to this family, the Foundation mobilized swiftly, coordinating international support and channeling resources through trusted organizations delivering emergency relief on the ground.

That experience forged a model: rigorous vetting, direct disbursement, and full accountability from the first dollar to the last. We are applying that same proven model to Venezuela today.

When you donate, you are not placing your trust in a faceless organization. You are placing it in people with four decades of track record, boots on the ground, and hearts rooted in Venezuela, Venezuelans, wherever in the world we call home, with everything at stake to get it right: it’s our people, our history, our home.

Questions

Answers, before you ask.

Is my donation tax deductible?

For U.S. donors, yes. Donations are made to The Goguikian Foundation USA Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 27-5034535). A written acknowledgment is issued upon request for donations of $250 or more. International donors receive a receipt but should confirm deductibility under their local rules.

Where exactly does my money go?

You choose whether SquareOne gives your donation directly to one of the vetted, independent local humanitarian organizations, or to the United Nations through OCHA, which in turn directs it to vetted, independent humanitarian organizations working on the ground.

Who decides how funds are allocated?

You choose whether SquareOne gives your donation directly to one of the vetted, independent local humanitarian organizations, or to the United Nations through OCHA, which in turn directs it to vetted, independent humanitarian organizations working on the ground.

How does the $1 million match work?

SquareOne Group matches every dollar donated, dollar for dollar, up to $1,000,000. Donations continue to be received beyond the $1 million cap.

Can I give any amount?

Yes. Give any amount through the secure form, in any currency.

Is this political?

No. This is nonpolitical humanitarian relief. Based on your choice, funds flow either to the vetted, independent local humanitarian organizations chosen by SquareOne, or to the United Nations through OCHA, which in turn directs them to vetted, independent humanitarian organizations working on the ground.

Who is behind this?

Two institutions: SquareOne Group, a global financial group rooted in Venezuela, which convened the initiative and committed the match — and The Goguikian Foundation, the nonpolitical U.S. 501(c)(3) charity that administers the funds and issues receipts.

What happens after the $1,000,000 match is fully deployed?

Donations continue to be received and fund relief directly — without the match — still administered by The Goguikian Foundation with full accountability.

Give today. Every contribution makes a difference.

Families in Venezuela need help today — and for years to come. Your contribution supports trusted partners working on the ground to deliver critical aid where it is needed most.
